Four steps we repeat each week: clear, quick, and designed so that you spend energy at the bar, not on paperwork.

    Tour the gym

    Enter, look at the cages and the conditioning area, and observe how a real session is experienced: no sales pitch, no pressure.

  2. 02

    Define your plan

    Tell us how many times you want to train and what goal you have. We recommend a membership and a smart first week.

  3. 03

    Sign up quickly

    Agile registration at reception: we resolve exemption and payment on the spot so you don't waste twenty minutes in front of a tablet.

  4. 04

    Train for real

    Open gym and guided classes, programming you can follow and coaches on the floor when you need support or a correction.

Parking in front, side entrance for evening classes. If it's your first visit, register at reception: we'll show you the layout of the gym and the lockers.

No. The coaches accompany you from your level and adapt the movements so you can learn safely while continuing to progress.

Yes. Book a trial at reception or from the entry form. We will recommend the best first session for your goals.

Sports shoes, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes for training. There is a towel service at reception.

There is street parking and a small lot behind the building. The afternoon classes are the busiest: arrive a few minutes early if it's your first time.
